For questions specifically about this Privacy Statement, or our use of your personal information, cookies, or similar technologies, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The data controller of your personal information is Angall Corporation. Please note that if you contact us to assist you, for your safety and ours we may need to authenticate your identity before fulfilling your request.
Collection of Information
We receive and store information about you such as:
Cookies and Internet Advertising
Cookies and similar technologies, web beacons
Cookies are small data files that are commonly stored on your device when you browse and use websites and online services. We use other technologies such as browser storage and plugins (e.g., HTML5, IndexedDB, and WebSQL). Like cookies, these other technologies may store small amounts of data on your device. Web beacons (also known as clear gifs or pixel tags) often work in conjunction with cookies. In many cases, declining cookies will impair the effectiveness of web beacons associated with those cookies.
If you use the JazzVPN Client and or Server app on a device, we may collect an installation identifier from your device. Installation identifiers are used to anonymously identify a device installation when we collect data related to a system crash, such as running processes, and active memory data related to the crashing process. Installation identifiers are not directly connected to user data and are designed to be anonymous.
Use of these technologies by authorized third-party service providers
We may work with third-party companies, commonly known as service providers, who are authorized to place third-party cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies for storing information on our sites or in our services, applications, and tools with our permission. These service providers help us to provide you with a better, faster, and safer experience.
With the exception of the use of such technologies by our service providers or other authorized third-parties, we do not permit any third-party content on sites (such as item listings, member-to-member communications, classified listings, comments, reviews, etc.) to include or utilize any cookies, web beacons, local storage, or similar technologies for tracking purposes or to collect your personal information. If you believe a listing or other third-party content might be collecting personal information or using tracking technologies on one of our sites, please report it to email@example.com.
We further protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing technological security measures including, but not limited to, encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by a potential breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our service, You acknowledge that You understand and agree to assume these risks.
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting You for marketing purposes. When Angall Corporation sends a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt-out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. You can also contact us for further user data removal.
“Do Not Track”
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there currently isn't an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we don't respond to them at this time. We await the result of work by the privacy community and industry to determine when such a response is appropriate and what form it should take.
